My Langgingging!
It’s Arvin’s 2nd term report from school, he had performed quite well as usual:)..but here’s some of the remarks:
Arvin continues to read at the Transitional Reading Stage. Arvin has achieved the outcomes set out in term two as a reader and writer.He has a developing sense of questioning techniques and his ability to infer about topics read is becoming more apparent in our class discussions.He is making great attempts to incorporate dialogue and imagery in all his writings. He has a strong range of vocabulary and the detail in his writings is improving steadily.Sentence fluency and word choice will be explored in the coming term. Arvin’s weekly word study has been quite successful.
Arvin has achieved the curriculum outcomes we have covered this term in math.He is able to multiply 2 digit by 2 digit numbers with great success. He can model, record and order simple fractions. He can add and subtract decimal numbers with ease. Arvin can multiply by 10, 100 and 1000. He has been exploring the properties of slides, reflections and rotations of geometry shapes. Arvin demonstrates an understanding of simple area and perimeter activities. Graphing, probability and interpretation of data will be our focus next term. Mental math and problem solving strategies will continue to be introduced and practiced throughout the coming term…

thanks Kim, buyag again:)..hehehe…i have so much appreciation for my hubby, he’s such a good and very patience dad to Arvin, i can count on him for Arvin’s “guy talk” and some homeworks..
