another friday night
We went out again last night for family skating. The whole rink was packed of people. There was a hockey game right after skating, so the seats are almost filled after 30 mins of round skating."Ang popogi talaga ng mga players", hehehe…but we didn’t stay for the game, I was so frozen just sitting there and watching, while Arvin keep giving up his outer wear.First the hat and then the jacket. It really was too hot for him, although I’ve seen kids w/ just tee in there skating.
I really would like to skate someday, I feel so jealous w/ family holding their kid between them while skating. As time goes by and my skates down in the basement rotten, I am feeling hopeless:( ….I was thinking of buying my own little ice rink..I seen one at walmart for $19.99..what it does is, u fill it up with water and let it freeze outside…but with the temperature were having, i don’t think it will freeze at all..hmm… i have to look into that…this way i could skates as much as i can in my own yard w/out embarrasing myself infront of a lot of ppl:)

I don’t mind learning to skate in front of so many people. You are there to learn, aren’t you? All the pros started from scratch so why would you be any different? If I have the chance, I would go for it. Go, girl!

wow i can relate to this len. jj offered to buy me a skates several times but i always refused even if i wanted to learn. dunno, maybe i am just scared to learn, afraid to get injured or just like u afraid to get embarrassed infront of people. i just don’t have the will maybe
too many excuses! heheh

that’s a cool idea buying ur own ice rink but i don’t think u can rely on d weather that it will freeze d water coz it’s been a pretty warm winter so far…lemme know if u learned na ha…hehehe! i remembr i enjoyed it wen i was in hiskul but i don’t think i can do that again…

Ice: Hehehe, I did skates in front of ppl b4, with another filipina who doesn’t know also, we were in da toddler and bellow crowd:) we fell on our butt and i bang my head on da ice, so it was so embarrasing, and Arvin refused to hold my hand so i’ll have support, coz he’s there w/ some of his friends..hehehe..i don’t mind going agen, but not alone!

yeah jen, that’s my prob. it might freeze overnight, but it might thaw in da morning…and plus if it’s gonna get cold and freeze it all day, it might be windy and unbearble:)..so will see, i am still optimistic though:)
